The Team
Isle Heli Consulting is led by Captain Steve Christianson, an aviation professional with over 35 years of experience in helicopter and fixed-wing operations, maintenance, and management.Steve began his career in Canada, gaining experience across diverse environments including logging, firefighting, Arctic operations, and regulatory compliance. His work has spanned both technical and operational roles—earning commercial pilot and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licenses, and managing aviation bases and teams in challenging conditions.Since 2003, Steve has been active in the Caribbean, supporting corporate, tourism, and government aviation projects. His experience includes ferrying aircraft internationally, establishing compliant operations with authorities such as ECCAA, Transport Canada, and ASSI, and managing bases in Antigua, Montserrat and St. Kitts.Today, through Isle Heli Consulting, he focuses on helping operators, investors, and aviation start-ups navigate the Caribbean aviation environment with practical expertise and reliable management support.
